How Do You Determine Value?
As in pricing strategy economics, the value of your product or service offering is customer generated. I understand the art and science of coaching questions similarly. We can help our clients by having them learn from our deep respect for the space we want to honour when we pose a question into the session air. By expressing our curiosities into this open and fertile space and deliberately allowing them to steep, as we would a gentle cup of tea, we honour the moment and protect the space within which the question remains, and do so without attachment. As Coaches, we gift our clients this liberty and they learn to welcome a personal freedom that induces their more profound exploration. This is how I determine value.
